One-on-One Sessions

Together we will examine how certain beliefs have possibly manifested themselves, either through crises or undesirable situations in your history. By focussing on this, (focussing technique and meditation is a tool) it may help you to connect within and explore trapped feelings and emotions.

By releasing these negative feelings, which may be a gradual process depending on your personal situation, you will be better positioned to confront any recurring patterns that keep appearing and hindering your life. In providing a calm and reassuring hand, I will be with you to help you become aware of what it is that needs to be ‘let go’. Sometimes it can be difficult to acknowledge certain feelings, especially if they’re captured within a ‘shadow side’ of our nature. However, it’s often very therapeutic to accept that side and integrate it back into our conscious being so as to feel free to live who we truly are.

Once you become more mindful and at peace, there’s no limit to what can be achieved. It will simply become an ebb and flow of positive energy, opening you up to a new way of life and practice of loving your self.

Empowerment will give you the drive to seek valuable change.

How much time and commitment is required?

A commitment to your own health and happiness is the only requirement. And remember, it’s important to be ready and open to change. You may only need to get a sense of structure for your own personal work, or to check in on goals already set and hence we may only meet once. Some people may not be ready for change as much as they thought they were, and the initial session may prove too confronting to contemplate more work. That’s ok too. Everyone has their own ability to cultivate the information required to live well. It simply means some more time may need to pass before certain outcomes from the session are processed. Too much, too soon may also be confusing or upsetting. Take all the time you need to prepare for healing and change.

An initial 1 ½ hour session is advised as this time is valuable in getting to know each other. It’s rather important you are feeling comfortable before we begin looking at your life in more detail. Also I can give you valuable tools to support those insightful moments which may become ‘homework’ for future reference.
